At The Top Visitor Information
We want to make your visit to At the Top of Burj Khalifa Tower the memorable for ever with all the good and right reasons. At the Top of the Tower, The Guest Ambassadors are available to answer your questions about Dubai and the tower. They will offer you advices and reply your suggestions. You can also come to the Reception desk and ask your requried information or concerns.
Baggage and Stroller Storage
Your comfort and security is our main concenr, so the visitors are requested to store their luggage and shopping bags and strollers in the Check Room located near the Top entrance. Your belongings can be given back when exiting the attraction.
Lost Children
Due the high capacity of the visitors, it is possible your child may separated from your group. In this case, you please contact the nearest At the Top Guest Ambassador. This is the best practice to tell your children to contact the nearest At the Top Guest Ambassador for assistance if they become separated from you during the tower tour.
Lost & Found
We request you to look after you belongings. If you lose your belongings or find lost items, please contact the nearest staff member or go to the Check Room area. We really regret that At the Top cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Accessibility
Accessibility options are available for disabled person. At the Top experience the wheelchairs are provided for disable persons. Working service animals for the disabled persons are allowed on the tour, however other pets are not permitted. There are currently no accommodations for the hearing or sight impaired.
Prohibited Items
We regret that for the protection of our guests and the facility, the following items are not permitted at any time:
* Magic markers, spray paint
* Alcohol
* Aerosol cans
* Glass bottles
* Knives
* Fireworks/explosives
* Firearms/ammunition
* Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray
* Multi-tools
* Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels
Date and Time Admission
You can make the most of your visit to At the Top of Burj Khalifa Tower and can save the cost of admission with pre-reservation of General Admission tickets. You can buy your tickets for a specific date and time, then enjoy other attractions in Downtown until your scheduled visit . When it’s time for your tour, go to the General Admission queue and experience At the Top with a minimal wait. General Admission bookings can be made at the ticket counter at anytime or online up to thirty days in advance, based on availability.
Immediate Entry Admission
Do you have short on time? Need Immediate Entry Admission, just purchase tickets and proceed directly to the At the Top experience. Immediate Entry tickets are only available at the ticket office at the entrance to At the Top in the lower level of The Dubai Mall.

Your day of fun and thrills deserves great photos! Our photographers will snap you with the towering Burj Khalifa in the background. Get a group shot with friends or family. You can purchase your high-quality photos in the At The Top Boutique.
